I have handled an extensive range of family law matters/issues, including:

- Child Support
- Spousal Support, Alimony, and Maintenance
- Paternity Cases
- Same-Sex Cases
- Orders of Protection and Domestic Violence
- Relocation
- Hague Convention Cases (International Custody Cases)
- Enforcement
- Contempt Proceedings
- Custody Modifications
- Support Modifications
- Parental Alienation
- Cases Involving Addiction and Mental Health Problems

- Appeals
Over time, I have been increasingly retained by clients to take over cases handled by other attorneys. Even where clients were previously represented by top-tier family law firms, they have in every instance found my work head and shoulders above the work of their former attorneys.
One word of advice to anyone embroiled in a problematic case: it is unwise to stay with an incompetent, irresponsible, or unethical attorney who fails to meet reasonable expectations, draws out the process, or compounds conflicts rather than resolving them. Unfortunately, there seem to be many such attorneys in the field of family law, and it is almost always advisable to cut losses early and switch attorneys as soon as possible, rather than holding out hope that an attorney will change course and achieve positive results. It is unrealistic to expect a spouse to suddenly change his or her stripes, and it is equally unrealistic to expect an attorney to change.
Although I have principally worked in New York City, I have also handled cases in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange Counties.
